Include the store used for purchase, the subscription name and the approximate transaction date. Refunds are normally handled by Apple or the marketplace that processed the payment.
Describe the workout, exercise and device involved. For plan-quality feedback, include your goal, equipment and the change you expected. Do not use support for urgent medical concerns.
Use the same email associated with your Fitnic account and clearly state the request. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before acting.
