Fitnic Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: July 13, 2026
This Policy explains what information Fitnic handles, why it is needed, how it may be shared and what choices are available to you.
1. Who we are and what this Policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how DigitMind Technologies, operating the Fitnic mobile application, website and related services, collects and handles personal information. It applies when you create an account, use a workout plan, interact with the AI coach, contact support, subscribe through an app store or otherwise use Fitnic.
2. Information you provide directly
We may collect information you submit when registering or using Fitnic, including your name, email address, authentication details, age range, sex, height, weight, fitness level, goals, preferred training days, available equipment, workout location, exercise preferences, physical limitations, recent pain, feedback about substitutions, support messages and other information you choose to provide.
3. Workout and progress information
Fitnic stores information needed to deliver and improve your training experience. This may include generated programs, workout phases, scheduled and completed sessions, exercises, repetitions, duration, substitutions, skipped activities, check-ins, streaks, achievements, notes and changes made to your plan.
4. Sensitive fitness and wellness information
Some details you provide may reveal information about your health, mobility, injuries, pain or general wellness. We process this information only to provide requested features, personalize training, recommend lower-impact alternatives and help keep plans relevant. Fitnic is not a medical-record system and should not be used for emergency or clinical information.
5. AI coach and generated content
When you use AI-assisted features, Fitnic may process your prompts together with relevant profile and training context. This can include goals, plan information, recent workouts, equipment and limitations. We use that context to generate plans, explanations and coaching responses. Do not include information in prompts that is unnecessary for your request.
6. Information collected automatically
When you use Fitnic, we may automatically receive device and technical information such as app version, operating system, device model, language, time zone, approximate region, IP address, crash reports, diagnostics, security events, feature usage and interaction data. We use this information to operate, secure and improve the service.
7. App permissions
Fitnic may request access to notifications, microphone input, motion data, health or fitness integrations, camera or photo access when a feature requires it. Permissions are optional unless necessary for a requested feature and can be changed in your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit the related functionality.
8. Subscription and transaction information
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google or another marketplace. We may receive subscription status, product identifier, renewal state, trial status, transaction identifier, country or currency and limited billing metadata. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number from the app store.
9. How we use personal information
We use personal information to create and adapt workout plans, deliver sessions, provide AI-assisted coaching, remember progress, authenticate accounts, synchronize data, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, send service notices, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, measure performance, improve features and comply with legal obligations.
10. Legal bases for processing
Depending on where you live, we rely on one or more legal bases: performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests in limited circumstances and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving Fitnic. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
11. Service providers and data processors
We may use providers for cloud hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, communications, AI processing, customer support, advertising and app-store billing. These providers may process limited information on our behalf under contractual or legal safeguards and may use data only for the services they provide to us.
12. AI service providers
Relevant prompts and selected context may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate requested output. We seek to limit data shared to what is reasonably necessary for the feature. Provider terms and retention practices may vary, and we evaluate them as part of our vendor-selection process.
13. Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics tools to understand installation, retention, feature usage, crashes and performance. A free version of Fitnic may also use advertising technologies. Where required by law or platform rules, we request permission before personalized advertising or cross-app tracking. You can use device and in-app controls to limit such processing.
14. When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information when required by law, court order or a valid government request; to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents; to protect users, the public or our rights; to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets.
15. International data transfers
Fitnic and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including Kazakhstan, the United States and countries in the European Economic Area. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as contractual protections and provider security commitments.
16. Data retention
We retain account and workout information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service. Some information may be retained afterward for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, legal compliance or backup integrity. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.
17. Account deletion
You may request account deletion through available in-app controls or the Support page. Deleting an account is intended to remove or de-identify personal and workout information that is no longer legally required. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten. Deleting Fitnic does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
18. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport, access controls, restricted production access, logging, backups and security monitoring. No service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
19. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information; restriction or objection to certain processing; portability of information you provided; withdrawal of consent; or an explanation of certain processing activities. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
20. Children
Fitnic is not directed to children under 16, or a higher minimum age required by local law, without valid authorization from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, submit a request through the Support page so we can investigate.
21. Third-party links and services
Fitnic may link to app stores, websites, wearable platforms or other services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to a third party.
22. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as Fitnic evolves or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the app, on the website or through another appropriate channel.
23. Contact and privacy requests
Questions, account-deletion requests and privacy-rights requests can be submitted through the Support page at fitnic.digitmind.tech/support. Please provide enough information for us to understand and verify the request, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
